Job Summary
Entry level position responsible for processing and delivering mail, packages, documents and records, under close supervision. They will have a knowledge of all campus routes and city out route. Will also be required to set up and operate multi-color printing machines and other print finishing equipment. Provides support to activities related to fulfilling office services and IT store requests. Will also assist with receiving items in SAP. They will be able to prioritize copy center jobs.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front desk representative as needed, providing consistent coverage by answering phones, greeting guests, and directing inquiries in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring a positive and organized front office experience at all times
- Support Office Services operations with high-volume copying, scanning, document preparation and validation
- Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, package handling, and distribution to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain organization of shared workspaces, supplies, and equipment to support team efficiency
- Serve as a flexible resource across administrative functions, stepping in where needed to support daily operations
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all document handling and administrative tasks
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal teams and external visitors
- Assist with company event planning and execution, including coordination, setup and day-of support

Education
Minimum: High school diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications
- This is a fully on-site position with no remote work option
- Role requires flexibility to support both front desk in our corporate office and Office Services functions as needed
