We are looking for an experienced senior talent acquisition professional who is equal parts strategist, relationship-builder, and execution powerhouse. This role partners closely with business leaders to attract top-tier talent, elevate hiring practices, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic recruiting partner to leaders across multiple business units
- Own full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, field operations and leadership roles
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber and diverse talent
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and coach them on best-in-class hiring practices
- Drive structured, equitable, and data-informed hiring decisions
- Elevate candidate experience from first touchpoint through onboarding
- Use recruiting metrics and market insights to inform workforce strategy
- Strengthen employer brand and talent pipeline initiatives
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders on workforce planning
- Continuously improve recruiting processes and tools
- Support the university relations and intern programs to develop a sustainable pipeline of emerging talent
- Attend selective career fairs and represent Expand Energy
- Working knowledge of employment eligibility, visa basics, and work authorization requirements to support compliant hiring practices
- Partner closely with the compensation team to craft competitive, accurate offer packages aligned with internal equity and market data
- Strong belief in the company’s mission and culture with the ability to authentically promote our employee value proposition to candidates
- Support additional special talent projects and growth initiatives as needed

Education
Minimum: High school diploma or GED
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree - from accredited university
Preferred: Master’s degree - from accredited university - Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

Experience
Minimum: 8 years related work experience
